The secret to the perfect Asian meal is the use of the correct oil for cooking it. While we love olive oil it doesn’t have a high smoking point, therefore, if you aren’t using it for seasoning don’t use it to stir-fry.

Canola oil: this one is extracted from rapeseed and is one of the healthiest cooking oils that won’t influence your food. It has a neutral flavor and high smoking point which makes it ideal for frying. Safflower oil: this oil is literary flavorless but with a high smoking point of about 520˚F.
