Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine 300g flour, 3g yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar.
- Slowly add 160g warm water, stirring until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a clean surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

- Divide the dough into six equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin rectangle.
- Brush each rectangle with oil, sprinkle with salt, and add green onions, diced ham, and carrots.
- Roll each rectangle tightly, then slice halfway through the roll. Twist the two halves together like a braid.
- Coil the twisted roll into a circular shape, tucking the end underneath to secure it.

- Arrange the rolls in a steamer, leaving space between each one. Let them rise for 20-30 minutes, or until they look puffed.
- Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. After steaming, let the rolls sit in the steamer for 5 minutes before removing the lid.
