300g beef cube, 2 red hot peppers, 2 green hot peppers, 1 garlic
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white wine, a little salt, a little pepper, half a tablespoon of cornstarch, and some cooking oil.
- Cut the beef cubes against the grain into 2cm-large meat cubes. Check out the size of the meat to cut it perfectly.
- Put the cut meat into a basin, add 1 tablespoon of white wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of He Ran organic soy sauce, a little pepper, and salt.
- Add half a spoon of cornstarch and 1 spoon of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. I like to make sure all parts of the beef are coated with the ingredients.
- Peel the garlic, peel off the garlic cloves, and set aside. Remember, you don’t need to mash it; leave it just like a clove.
- Wash the red and green peppers and cut them into small pieces diagonally.
- Pour oil in the pot and heat it over medium heat until the oil is 50% hot; add garlic cloves.
