Ginger and garlic Water Ingredients (3 servings)
Ginger garlic water does not keep well, so needs to be used up quickly.
- 15 g ginger
- 15 g garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 40 ml water
How to Make Ginger Garlic Water
Grate the ginger into a small bowl.
Grate or mince the garlic into the bowl with the ginger.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir well, then add 40 ml of water and soak for 30 minutes.
Gather the ginger and garlic into a tea filter paper bag or gauze bag, and gently squeeze out the juice into another bowl.
