Ingredients
- 320 g cream cheese
- 25 g sugar
- 15 g cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 200 g heavy cream
- 80 g pistachio paste

Instructions
In a bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth.
Stir in the pistachio paste until fully combined.
Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Bake for 25 minutes until the top is beautifully caramelized.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
