Step 7. Put two pieces of ginger, simmer the soup for 20-25 minutes, then turn to medium heat for another hour and a half to two hours. The water in the pot is reduced by about half.

Step 8. After the first soup is completely cooled, the oil on the surface is cleaned with a spoon.

Step 9. Add the corn sections in the soup and cook for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Step 10. Add a little salt to the pot and then bring the soup into the bowl.

Step 11. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle some green onions on top, and ENJOY!

Tips:

1. Pre-treatment of ribs: The purchased ribs are cut into several equal parts. You should first simmer them in hot water for 3-4 minutes, remove the foam on the surface, remove them and wash them with warm water. When the soup is cooked again, the soup will be clean and free of impurities.

2. White soup is an ideal state of water and oil combination. Therefore, the ribs of the soup should be fried in the oil at high temperature.

When cooking, keep the heat up for about 20 minutes. This high temperature can break the oil molecular chain. It is prone to the state of white water and oil combination.
