Ingredients

Pudding ingredient

  • 200 g Milk
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 5 g Matcha powder
  • 30 g Caster sugar
  • 5 g Gelatin sheets

Surface decoration

  • a little Honey beans option
  • a little Matcha powder

Instructions

  • Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water to soften, and then remove them for later use.
  • Set milk in a saucepan, and then add whipped cream to the milk and stir evenly.
  • Add the granulated sugar, heat it over low heat. Start to stir until all the granulated sugar is melted. Use your whisker to stir the mixture, thus mixing it right. You want it to attain a level of sweetness.
  • Sift matcha powder. Notice that we can use the different powders. Remember, you want to get rid of the lumps before you mix them into the milk.
  • Pump and stir evenly by hand. If there are tiny particles, filter twice to become uniform matcha milk.
  • Add the softened gelatin sheets and stir until the gelatin sheets are completely melted. I'm always taking my time at this level, though. Always aim at getting rid of the lumps completely.
  • Pour into the pudding cup and refrigerate for more than 4 hours until the pudding is solidified. Please make sure you also use the best pudding cups to emphasize the perfect look of the milk.
  • Sift a little matcha powder on the surface of the pudding before eating, and serve with honey beans.
