2star anise
1bay leaf

160gSea salt
Instructions
Wash the quail eggs and dry.
Quail eggs are soaked in salt water for one hour.
Heat up a pan. Add the sea salt, star anise, bay leaf, peppercorns, and cook until the salt is slightly yellow.
Place a layer of salt on the bottom of the baking pan, lay down the quail eggs, and then add the rest to cover the eggs.
Preheat the oven 160 degrees, put the quail eggs into the oven, bake for 20 minutes.
