20gramssugar
150gevaporated milkfull fat
Instructions
Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil with the tea bags in.
Once boiling, to the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and evaporated milk to the brewed tea and mix well.
