170gmango pulp
100gplain yogurt
15ice cubes
A little yogurt
Few Mango cubes.
Few rosemary leaves.
Instructions
Wash the mango's skin, which will enable you to get rid of all dirt and germs on the mango. Cut a knife up and down along the mango core to separate the pulp and core.
Use the tip of a knife to score the pulp into a network, do not cut through the peel.
Use a knife against the mango skin to cut off the mango flesh and save the more complete particles for decoration.
Pour 170 grams of mango pulp into the blender.
Add 100 grams of plain yogurt.
