Mango Yogurt Smoothies

This three-ingredients smoothie is a healthy refreshing beverage that you can whip up in five minutes. It is made with Chucks of mango, yogurt, and ice cubes, and this mixture gives you a creamy, yellowish, healthy, and refreshing easy-to-make smoothie that is perfect and refreshing, especially during summer.

Ingredients

  • 170 g mango pulp
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • 15 ice cubes
  • A little yogurt
  • Few Mango cubes.
  • Few rosemary leaves.

Instructions

  • Wash the mango's skin, which will enable you to get rid of all dirt and germs on the mango. Cut a knife up and down along the mango core to separate the pulp and core.
  • Use the tip of a knife to score the pulp into a network, do not cut through the peel.
  • Use a knife against the mango skin to cut off the mango flesh and save the more complete particles for decoration.
  • Pour 170 grams of mango pulp into the blender.
  • Add 100 grams of plain yogurt.
  • Add ice cubes to the mix to bring a cool refreshing taste.
  • Turn on the whipping function of your blender and blend your mixture for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the blended mango ice into a cup.
  • Pour a little yogurt on the surface of the smoothie and decorate it with few mango cubes and Rosemary leaves to give it an irresistible look.
