The first thing is to make the dough using flour, water, and yeast. Take your time during the kneading process to make sure the dough is perfect. Then you should cover it with plastic wrap and allow it time to just rest.
Have your wok on the stovetop and then set the pepper and salt. Let it all heat up until you have the perfect aroma to know it's now ready.
Next, grind the salt and pepper together, and with this, you will form the pepper salt powder.
Get another bowl and put in the pork puree. Also, add chopped ginger and chopped green onion. Then add on the salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and mix well.
Your dough should have doubled at this point, and it's ready. So, you divide it into portions then let it proof a second time.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough ball to an oblong shape. Make it thin, and remember this is where you will add the filling.
Start to roll the dough from the bottom to the top. Make it as tight as you need to.
Press the dough ball down and set it aside, waiting for you to fry it.
Set your pan on the heat and add a tiny amount of oil. Heat it, then set the four dough balls first. Let them cook on one side and then the next.
Once you are done, then you can set them in the oven to bake them once again.
Serve it with your perfect glass of coffee, or eat it just as it is.
