Ingredients
50gramsof milk
50gramsof fine sugar
5gramsof gelatin tablets
250gramsof mango puree
50gramsof yogurt
125gramsof whipped cream
Instructions
Put the milk into a pot with sugar and bring to a boil. Stir the sugar until it melts. After cooling, add the soft gelatin tablets and stir until completely dissolved.
Puree the mango with a food processor and add to the yogurt, stir well.
Pour the mixed mango and yogurt into the milk and mix well.
Whip cream.
Add mango and milk to the whipped cream and mix well.
Pour into the container, put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Once they have set, put the cut mango on the top, pour a small spoon of condensed milk, decorate with sugar beads and mint leaves., and ENJOY!
