Wife Cake – Sweetheart Cake

Ingredients

  • 110 g of water

Water and Lard Dough:

  • 100 g medium-gluten flour
  • 20 g fine sugar
  • 50 g warm water
  • 25 g lard

Lard Dough:

  • 80 g flour
  • 45 g lard

Instructions

  • First prepare the glutinous rice filling and prepare the melon candy.
  • Break into pieces.
  • Prepare sauteed white sesame seeds.
  • Next we prepare glutinous rice flour.
  • Put 110 grams of water in glutinous rice filling formula, 60 grams of fine sugar, and 30 grams of salad oil into the pot.
