How To Make Ginger Garlic Water

Ingredients

  • 15 g ginger
  • 15 g garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 40 ml water

Instructions

  • Grate the ginger into a small bowl.
  • Grate or mince the garlic into the bowl with the ginger.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir well, then add 40 ml of water and soak for 30 minutes.
  • Gather the ginger and garlic into a tea filter paper bag or gauze bag, and gently squeeze out the juice into another bowl.
