Garlic Beef

This is one of the most famous beef styles of meals you can make. It's also one of the easiest to make beef, especially if you are in a hurry. The best part is that when you’re looking to have a quick meal, then this is what you need to have.

Ingredients

  • 300 g beef cube
  • 2 red hot peppers
  • 2 green hot peppers
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • a little salt a little pepper
  • half a tablespoon of cornstarch
  • some cooking oil

Instructions

  • Cube the beef into small pieces, then set it in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of white wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of He Ran organic soy sauce, a little pepper, and salt.
  • Add a spoon of cooking oil and then another one of cornstarch. Mix everything and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Now peel your garlic and set them aside. Also, wash the red and green peppers and peel them, then set them aside.
  • Heat the oil in the pan, and when it's almost hot, you can add the garlic. Fry the garlic until it's golden brown, then remove it.
  • In the same pan with garlic, you should add the beef and stir fry it. Again, do so on very high heat.
  • Add the green pepper and the red pepper into the meat and continue to stir fry.
  • Now add the garlic you had removed, and then keep on stirring.
  • Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, and then keep on stirring.
  • Next, then add the oyster sauce too.
  • Continue to stir evenly; thus, you will get the perfect delicious meal in no time.
