Black Sesame Paste (Soup)
Black sesame soup (Paste) is a dessert made with black sesame seeds.
- 150 g Black Sesame
- 150 g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 800 ml Boiling Water
Take the fresh black sesame seeds full of granules, tiled in a baking sheet and spread evenly on a thin layer.
Preheat the oven to 400F, add the sesame seeds and then bake for 10 minutes. Fry the seeds a few more times in the middle of the pan to heat the sesame evenly. If you don’t have an oven, you can also fry it with a small frying pan.
Remove the sesame seeds to cool off and let it remain crushed.
Pour the glutinous rice flour into a wok and fry it so that it is slightly yellow. Pay attention and make sure that the frying is non-stop to avoid pan fry paste.
Add the sesame and the glutinous rice flour according to your favorite taste, open it with boiling water and stir until it reaches the proper concentration.
