Ingredients

  • 150 g beef filling
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 180 g warm water
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 small piece of green onion
  • 1 egg
  • A little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 2 shallots white sesame seeds, and cooking oil

Instructions

  • Knead all-purpose flour with warm water to form a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Put the beef filling in a large bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. In this case, we are using ground beef. And then adding in the ingredients, you see here to make it to a perfect filling.
  • After mashing the onion and ginger into a puree, add a small bowl of water, filter out the onion and ginger water, and add a small amount of beef filling several times. Let it then work for you, making it a healthy choice of meal.
  • Stir well beef filling for later use. But, of course, when you’re stirring, then you are mixing in the ingredients to make it richer and perfectly healthier.
  • Divide the dough that is already perfectly proved into portions. I divided mine into two equal parts, as you can see below.
  • Take a portion of the dough, roll it into a 0.5cm pancake, and coat it with beef filling evenly. If you still need more explanation, you should check the recipe; we have ideas on how to make it.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives and cut to two sections on the top and bottom of the dough, as shown in the figure.
  • Fold down the dough in the upper right corner, and fold the top one down. Next, stack the two pieces together. In folding it, then you’re making it into the perfect cake.
  • Fold the folded part to the middle. You should have the image we have here to know it's perfect.
  • Fold the lower part of the dough up again and the upper part down.
  • Continue to fold the folded part to the left and repeat the above steps.
  • Pinch the interface tightly so that the meat should not be exposed, and finally fold it into a rectangle. So, you should have your perfect rectangle, as you can see below. Have the rectangle being perfect.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll thinly once again. When rolling, you want to be attentive to the force, thus making sure you allow it to be even. Next, brush a thin layer of water on the surface to stick white sesame seeds. Of course, this will deliver the perfect flavors for the cakes you are making here.
  • Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil on the pan, put the cake in the pan, cover the pan, and fry over a medium-low fire.
  • Fry until golden brown on both sides, then it can be out of the pan. When you finally have it perfectly brown, it will be fully cooked to the inside, remember.
