400 g lettuce 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 20 g fresh chili pepper julienned 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar 1 tsp sugar
Cook the lettuce Prepare the lettuce by trimming the root end and separating the leaves.
