400gokrawashed and sliced into thin pieces

1tspsalt
1tspground white pepper
1tbspdried mini shrimp

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Okra
Wash the fresh okra thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim off the ends and slice the okra into thin pieces.
In a bowl, combine the sliced okra with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of ground white pepper. Thoroughly mix the seasoning with the okra, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Step 2: Prepare the Okra and Eggs Mixture
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and well combined.
Pour the beaten eggs over the seasoned okra.
Add the dried mini shrimps to the mixture, and gently stir everything together.
Step 3: Stir-Fry the Mixture
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium-low heat.
Once the pan is heated, carefully add the okra and eggs mixture. Allow it to sizzle gently as the flavors meld together.
Gently pull the egg across the pan to form large, soft curds.
