Nutritious Chicken Feet Soup
Today, we are going to talk about my modern, and very easy to make, recipe on chicken feet soup.
- 100 grams of peanuts
- 500 grams of chicken feet
- A grams of ginger
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Soak peanuts in warm water for 30 minutes.
Buy chicken feet from the supermarket, cut the toenail, wash and cut the feet into two sections.
A pot with some water and bring to a boil. Then, put in the chicken feet, pour the cooking wine into the water. After boiling, drain the pot.
Add some water to a larger soup pot, put the good chicken feet and ginger pieces in.
Dump in your peanuts, and start to boil the water. Once it reaches a boil, turn to a low heat, and cook slowly for about two hours.
Add the salt and simmer for 5 minutes to ensure the chicken feet are intact and the skin on the chicken’s feet is in place.
