Ingredients

  • A Choy 400g
  • 10 g Garlic chopped
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken bouillon powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Slice off the tough bottom part and cut it into 4cm sections. Wash and dry it.
  • Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the A-Choy to the wok and stir fry on high heat.
  • Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chicken bouillon powder, and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  • Stir fry everything together until well coated. Enjoy!
