Join me in my virtual kitchen where I share all my recipes of amazing Chinese food with you. Some have been passed down from generation to generation, and some are my own recipes.

Along with the recipes, I will teach you the art and skill of Chinese cooking, tips and secrets to the delicious flavors of China. You will be hooked on the unique oriental flavors and aromas of this wonderful cuisine.

When I was growing up my mother was always cooking, and we were always eating, but I couldn’t wait to try cooking myself. And, so it was that my cooking career began early under the tutelage of my mother.author

Full of enthusiasm, she was a great cook, and my childhood memories are filled with memories of family times surrounded by the aromas and tastes of authentic Chinese food. I want to pass this knowledge onto the world. I want to help you create those scrumptious memories.

Where ever I go, I seek out new dishes I haven’t tried and then go home and recreate them. I’ve spent many happy hours inventing and reinventing my own versions of traditional and modern Chinese food. Cooking for friends and family, sharing the love of food is one of life’s greatest pleasures. This blog is where I share all the experience and joy of what I’ve learned with you.
