2.The volume of the soaked peach gum can expand a lot. However, the soaked peach gum can be washed repeatedly to remove the black impurities and break them into small pieces of uniform size. Just remember to drain out the excess water.

3.Also, soak the snow fungus for about 30 minutes. Check them out to notice that in about 15minutes, they plump up but leave them to instill to soften. Consequently, remove the roots and the yellow hard part and tear them into small flowers by hand.

4.Put the peach gum and snow Fungus into the pot, add pure water, and heat it on a stovetop.
